HEALTHY HABITS - 2nd TERM - SCIENCE PROJECT
We want to be healthy!
Let´s learn from each other!
We want to have a healthy body and mind. There are a lot of good habits that will help us to be healthy people. Remember what we learnt about during the first term in our Natural Science classes!
What to do...?
Think about: FOOD, DRINKS, EXERCISING, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, PERSONAL HYGIENE, etc.
Make a poster (A4) with a heading, a picture and 5 (or more) sentences about one or two things you do to be healthy.
Two important things:
1- These projects will be presented to the class on Thursdays. You will be given YOUR date a week in advance.
2- Find the information you need in any science books, on the internet, etc. but write your OWN sentences!
Here are two EXAMPLES of what you will have to bring in and present in front of the class in English (feel free to be creative!):
My healthy eating habit:
Carrots are orange and grow in the ground. They are sweet. I like carrots, because they have a lot of vitamins and minerals. I sometimes eat them in salads. Every morning my dad makes fresh carrot juice for breakfast.

My favourite outdoor activity:
Every weekend I go to the park with my parents. I always ride my bicycle. It is a healthy and fun exercise. I breathe fresh air. My heart has to beat faster. I love cycling!
