HEALTH AND DIET



Good health:

  • needs healthy habits, for example:
                           -  rest : sleep 10-11 hours.
              -  exercise: do sport.
                           -  diet: have 5 meals every day.
              -  hygiene : have a shower every day.
              -  prevention: clean cuts and grazes.
              -  read with sufficient light.
  • needs nutrients to do basic functions:
                            - energy providers: carbohydrates, fats
                                                and oils.
                            - body builders: proteins.
                            - regulators: vitamins and minerals.

  • needs a balanced diet, for example: 
          
             - food that provides our body with                      carbohydrates :
         cereals, bread, pasta, rice, sugar, potatoes..
               
      - food that provides our body with                         fats:
        butter, cold meats and oils.
             
      - food that provides our body with                          proteins:
         meat, fish, eggs,nuts, pulse, milk products.              

      - food that provides our body with                          vitamines:
        fruit and vegetables.

     -  food that provides our body with                         minerals, like calcium:
        milk products, pulses and some vegetables.
                                 

     - Also drink lots of water.
