Remember how important it is to drink a lot of water every day? The excretory system has something to do with it:

Good health:
- needs healthy habits, for example:
- exercise: do sport.
- diet: have 5 meals every day.
- hygiene : have a shower every day.
- prevention: clean cuts and grazes.
- read with sufficient light.
- needs nutrients to do basic functions:
and oils.
- body builders: proteins.
- regulators: vitamins and minerals.
- needs a balanced diet, for example:
- food that provides our body with carbohydrates :
cereals, bread, pasta, rice, sugar, potatoes..
- food that provides our body with fats:
butter, cold meats and oils.
- food that provides our body with proteins:
meat, fish, eggs,nuts, pulse, milk products.
- food that provides our body with vitamines:
fruit and vegetables.
- food that provides our body with minerals, like calcium:
milk products, pulses and some vegetables.
- Also drink lots of water.
